Automated call. selling loft foam insulation. when asking enquiring questions the responses were automated like someone pushing buttons to release a voice recording they hoped matched your query but it didn't. Direct sales company cold call.

SCAM Called about 14.30, 19/11/2021. Male said our house is on the NG Register & he was calling re: our loft insulation. I had to interrupt forcibly to ask, "What is the NG Register?" This was a phishing exercise claiming to be Amazon subscription.
SCAM - they were trying to offer to switch my phone contract to get a new iPhone. I had to ask repeatedly for them to remove me from their calling list before they listened and said goodbye. Number is now blocked.
