This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases accident claims). For sure some general call centre. This number rang once the other day but with the 31 missing off the number ... today they rang again So I rang back it didn't even ring some foreign woman picked up straight away and spoke very fast I did not understand a word but I continued to ring it again to then be spoken to a male foreign voice once again the number didn't ring & he was not happy to be cold called by myself. This is a cold caller but I enjoy making light of the situation & they are defienently not ringing me for a long time :)
