SCAMMERS, asked if they are speaking to (my full name), I said yes and they said they have received a notification to investigate my account. I asked what the reason was for that and they said "well you have outstanding debt that you pay each month, is that right?" I said no, I don't have any debt and they hang up. I've never had a loan, not even an overdraft. So yeah, not a legit number/business.
I'm a victim of a binary options scam through MT5. When I tried to withdraw my profits, they froze my account and accused me of money laundering. As this is the code where we live, answered the first call - no immediate response but after a few seconds, over a very crackly line, what sounded like a well spoken middle aged white lady, said something along the lines of 'suspicious transactions on my account, one for £300 odd & the other for £1,400 odd & I must do certain things at which point I hung up. Fake call centre, claiming to be o2 to aqquire your one time pass code to gain access to your account. Absolute scumbags, called them out and they was giggling about it. Fucking Indians. Nothing funny about scamming vulnerable people in a time of real economic struggle.
This telephone number was within a (presumably) scam email about a (non existant) bit coin purchase
Pre-recorded female voice (American accent) purporting to be HMRC but number coming up on iPhone as Newquay area. Couldn't clearly hear what was said but usual message engineered to put people under pressure while offering a "Press number 1" type option to be put through to scammers most likely. Just waited and it cut-off.

Claiming to be from Sky, suggesting my Internet has been breached. Asked that I get my mobile phone and go to Google. I refused and the man got really angry, and shouted I need to do this to fix the problem. I refused and hung up.
