We have had 5 calls from this number this week. Husband challenged them why he was calling and was given a load of abuse. Don t know if this has anything to do with it but we recently changed providers from Sky to Plusnet, also we were bombarded with calls like this a few years back when we switched from BT to Sky.the timeing just seams a bit odd

SCAM!!Got an email under the pretence that it was my boss! It then asked me to go out and buy 10 copies of £100 gift cards (£1000 total) as presents for the staff. When I asked about payment he proceeded to ask me to pay for it out of my own cash and I would be reimbursed. I told him I didn’t have that kind of money lying about and he told me to just get what I could. He was also VERY insistent on this being a secret surprise. Thank god I realised this was a scam but I worry about others falling for this

Best investment I have made though the odd call (usually a new number) gets through. This number was one of the few that did and had a bit of fun wasting their time. Believe this number to be a scam. They called me with an automated message claiming to be amazon. It said that i was about to be charged for amazon prime (which i dont have), and if i dont want that to happen press 1. Obviously i didnt press 1 as that probably goes through to scammers.

SCAM Apparently my National Insurance Number has been used for illegal activity, and is being suspended. Press 1 to speak to an 'operator'. This scam has been round for quite a while, but could really frighten some people who don't know how government departments work.

no idea who this was, I have been getting numerous phone calls from numbers starting 0208 954 for the past couple of days, I did have one voice mail left but it didn't say anything. So annoying!!
It sounded like an automatic voice, I think. It was definitely more than one voice and it didn't seem like a live person talking with me.
