Had someone call me and 3 times within 5 mins and when I answered the third time a man went “ is that you Jess” and ended the phone

Asian man called 17/12/2015 Thursday am, said he had had notification from ACM management about my accident. He said HE was Accident Compensation co UK. I got a call from this number. They told me that I was invlolved in some accident 2.5 years ago, but I was never involved in any accident as I don't have even a bicycle.
