Okay I worked here. For a start they are illegal. It s not a paperless environment. They lie to get deals. They miss-sell and soon orange are going to be pulling the contract off them anyway. Consumer research....and as like all these type of operations...when someone actually answers the phone at the customer end, the call is put through to an operator...if there is one available, hence the silence if one is not immediately there. They do state, if calling the number back, to leave your name and number to remove you from the database, which I have....so we shall see if these "nuisance" calls do actually stop!
