Cold caller who called our TPS registered line, asking to speak to a named member of staff. Claimed to be Ewan from Connect (n.b. *not* BT Connect, just Connect ) and said he would be in our local area tomorrow, but then named a town over 20 miles away. Said he wished to discuss our upcoming assessment and proceeded to try to talk about saving money on your phone bill and broadband at which point we said we weren t interested and hung up.

Constant bombardment on the house phone, my mobile with calls and text, emails and letters the debt isn t for British gas as I m on pay as you go smart meters and debt free with them the debt is for Sky. I m sure there is a limit of how much they can contact you in one day! And no matter if you block them they do it via another number! It s harassment! This number has called every few days, sometimes twice in one day! I don t answer unknowns just let the machine take a message!this caller seems to wait till machine kicks in then hangs up! No message has ever been left or any reason for the call! I m getting totally fed up of this caller/company not taking the hint to stop damn well calling!!!
Bellends rang this morning on a bank holiday. When I answered, it seemed to ring at their end then their was a slight pause after which I could hear some background noise like it was a call-centre before it was terminated.
