Also, you know it's a genuine bureaucratic banking process when they ask for 10 different details to confirm your identity. Got a call claiming to be a person from my college...a college I have not attended for more than a year at this point, their accent didn't seem English at all and I could barely hear them, I have yet to have a call back from it since the call got dropped.
