Much like the other reviews, my 83 year old Grandmother was called and told the warranty on her boiler had run out and that they needed to take payment to renew it. No explanation of who they were etc. Reported it as fraud to her bank but also called to cancel policy and ask for full refund. Worried now that this may not be honoured after reading other posts. Awful, underhand, dishonest sales tactics. Bet they re laughing all the way to the bank.

The same "lady" from here keeps calling me, saying I ve had a traffic accident.... I haven t at all. Every time I ask her to stop calling, she calls me a s**g or a c**t then hangs up. Caller insisted that he had missed a call from my number. I had made no calls ant told him he must be mistaken. He the aggressively asked for my identity and location. I hung up.
Rang offering 3 months free extra accidental injury cover before paying for Bronze, Silver or Gold policy extension. Had my birthdate. Offered to set this up on the phone,..told him to send me the info in the post and I d think about it. Sounded OK but not 100% sure.

.Harassing Cold call . Trying to sell roof insulation. Do I buy from harassing cold callers??? Nope! Knew our name and address. Asked him where he got details - said from database but could not say what. Told him should at the minimum his company should be vetting against telephone preference service. Asked him to remove our details from his database to comply with current GDPR rules. Kept him talking for a good 10 minutes to stop him harassing others during that time

03000512262 called at 11.47am on Tuesday 02.11.2021 did not leave a message - no idea who it is but they have called previously. People who don't leave messages or speak should not be allowed to use a phone.
