Asks for your details on first page including date of birth then on next page says there is a small redelivery charge for new time slot and asks for credit card details. Indian man who claimed to be from EE then claimed to be calling on behalf of all major mobile carriers and listed Virgin, O2, Vodaphone etc, demanded repeatedly my phone bill.
