Called saying I had had an accident that wasn t my fault.

I m the MD that one person above is keen to tell everyone about. We identify our phone line (an 01422 number) and my mobile is also clear for all on our company website. I do this as we have nothing to hide. We operate strictly by the Market Research Society guidelines. We do not call anyone outside the hours of 9.30am to 9pm Monday to Friday or during the day on a Saturday. We sometimes call on a Sunday between 10am and 5pm depending on work volumes. I am fed up of these people calling me even though I have asked them to remove my number. I used their service once a long time back and I m getting calls many months later. I ve now got them blocked.

Calling about an no fault accident I was involved in. Except that I wasn’t! So obviously a scam.

I hung up immediately. Similar numbers calling during three days since 21 Jan 2021 claimed to be Amazon chasing payment.

Happened to me on Friday. Said I was a student and had no money and walked off... he even spoke the same language as me which was shocking and made him so believable...

Been called several times in last two or three weeks by this number. When you pick up there is no response!! They are a pest.

I know it was the Bank of Scotland as they were calling me about a specific query on my account, I had emailed them yesterday.... no cold calling, no upselling of products. just customer service.

Prolific PPI junk message company who usually use 0844 numbers to delivery their junk voicemails, however they appear now to have changed their numbers to 0161 (Manchester) geographical ones. They also use 0161 265 0135 DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LISTENING TO THESE SPAM MESSAGES!!!!!

Asked for catalogue which successfully received. However have received numerous calls since (quite aggressive) despite stating that if interested I would contact them.

Phone asking to speak to Mr ... (he had the correct surname) about a car accident Mr ... had had. When I asked which Mr ... (me or one of my sons) he said he would have to check with the insurance co and hung up. Things to note: None of the Mr ... on this number have had a car accident. The caller spoke in a very strong northern English accent. The line was really bad - he called a landline home number

I have received at least 20-25 calls per day for the last two days from the telephone number 0141 228 2223. I do not answer the calls (I call screen) but they never leave any me...
