Opus staff continue to harass me for a balance allegedly owed to NPower. (NPower wrote to me, confirming that their bills using estimated meter readings were inaccurate, & that I owed NOTHING> However, Opus continue to phone me & did so again today. Supposedly from an "energy advisor" for my area wanting to know if I am the homeowner. Reminded the caller politely that he had made the same call some weeks ago, with the same bullshit, and that I was still not interested. Call terminated.
Did not answer message left suggesting unusual activity on your card. Does not name the card. Asks you to press buttons on your phone. Ignored and blocked. Obviously a scam.

I contacted this number after several missed calls, the company is called Freshstart, from what they said they get your info via loan applications etc, They seem to either provide or find you Debt Management company/PPI insurance recovery and probably other things. I just said I didnt need it and to take me of the call list.
