Not in the habit of giving out my personal mobile number to just anyone or any businesses. Although I ve had 6 calls from this number in the past few days, no idea who it is, as I have absolutely no intention whatsoever of answering calls from numbers I do not recognise, especially if they begin 0845. Just blocked the number from my list of recent calls on my iPhone, which sends them directly to voicemail as opposed to bothering me with something I am unconcerned about. Phone call from these people. Smooth talking salesman told me name of the company and said they are doing surveys. I answered some questions about the property and then he said they are calling at 7 pm tomorrow to do a property survey and sit down with me and discuss options. I was alarmed and said I do not let strangers into my house. He was persistent so I put the phone down. I wonder if anyone ever agrees to the property survey. They might be genuine, but I reckon it is best not to chance it.
