These muppets are now phoning saying they are Cardiff City Council (I live in Cardiff) then said its in connection to the NHS and my accident! Arsehole!

The caller claimed to be from BT, claiming that they could speed up my router on my PC. When I questioned them as to who I am ( if they were BT and rang me, they should know my details) they went quiet then hanged up.
