Claiming to be from virgin media and that they have been getting alerts from our hub and internet speed. Ask to check colour of lights on hub and to use a computer to enter an address so they can check and correct the issue. Dont logon computer or enter the address! Called 3 times in an hour different numbers and difffernt people. Checked with virgin media and its not them!

Woman got very defensive and aggressive when a report to TPS (Telephone Preference Service). She did agree claims were liable to reduction for commission. Thetford number with northern accent. I told him that I don't believe him. He then said that if I don't believe him then "someone" would come to my door and take me into custody, LOL.
