A man called me from this number saying he was from santander asking me to verify my bank security questions,I told him to put any questions in writing to me as I wasn t going to tell anyone these details,he then preceded to ask me for them again! And reckoned he couldn t tell me what it was about until I could give him these details,are they really so stupid to think they d get anything?! and no the bank knew nothing about it when I checked.

This number is a company called Natural Essentials. They flog over-priced vitamins and supplements to vulnerable elderly people. They are really persistent. When they come up against call blockers, they instantly re-dial with alternative numbers. Just recently they are even switching to international numbers in an effort to bypass. I've worked in customer service multiple times, one thing I've been told which is common sense is not to spam our customers with calls, maximum I'd call is 2 times for a single customer then stop.
