Told me they were calling as id applied for a loan which had been declined. I haven t applied for any loasns and she kept insisting I had but said she couldn t tell me where id applied due to confidentiality. In the process of buying a house and the only loan id applied for was a mortgage which is already in place so very disconcerting. When I tried to question her she tried to end the call. Clearly a scam.

I had a call from these following looking on line out of curiosity. I was given a lot of information to consider and said yes call back but I'm not sure. Got a pushy call back. When I said I wasn't interested the bloke kept asking why. He was so defensive I hung up. So he called back and got my husband, where he was really rude, said he'd gone to a lot of trouble for me. Call at 6:15 pm on 14 Jan 16. Lady caller (with a very English voice) informed me that I might be due a refund from a company called ......(something)....Jones. I asked who the company is and she gave some information which did not make much sense. I then asked what does the company sell at which point she abruptly finished the call. That sounds like a scam to me!
