AO aggressive aftersales, using a no-doubt masked number. Female caller asked me to confirm my personal details - I refused given they had called me! It was framed to confirm my order, but was essentially a very sharp practice way to try and sell insurance. I asked if there was an issue with my order - she said 'no' very unconvincingly. I then asked if it was a service or a sales call - very reluctant to answer so hung up. I think this sort of pseudo cold calling does businesses such as AO.com reputational

Spam/silent calldon't know what company it is however it has rang me several times the last few days and i don't know anyone nor have I requested anyone from Bournemouth to call me, they have called from this phone number and +441202057480. I answered the call once and it was silent for 3 seconds then ended. If anyone knows who these numbers belong to please let me know as if they don't stop calling I'll be taking this further as their nuisance calls are blocking me from my expected important phone calls ??

It urges you to press 1 to have further details about the case before they issue an arrest warrant. Block number and report. It is so funny how the UK govt allows number spoofing and can not get to know who uses these numbers. It is no brainer that o2 could identify who uses this spoofed numbers. Indian scammers claiming to be from Visa and wanted to have additional authorisation on some recent bank transfers. Checked with bank and no additional authorisations were required. Based on my experience......this is yet another scamming outfit

SCAM - Do not, I mean do not deal with these people. They are scam artists. I just had a call from them pretending to be O2 and I also received a code to access the website that they were obviously going to ask me for. Never ever give out this code. I do work for VM O2 and we never ask for codes from people.
