SCAM: Automated message saying my national insurance number was involved in illegal activity and I would be arrested if I didn't "press 1 to speak to an officer". I did not press 1 and the call ended after the automated message finished. I called back and the number was not recognised.

I have managed to confirm that calls from this number are from a company debt management company called Stephenson Drake (www.stevensondrake.com. They operate by automated cold calling your number. You will either hear silence or a message asking if you are having problems with debt. If you press 5 to speak to someone then you are cut off BUT your number is stored and you will receive a follow up call from them. Type of call reason: Deception/Fraud - Suggesting to break into the property by deception. This number contacts people offering public services, and give them a fake address. The guy claimed to be spanish, living in East Ham, talking with low voice, possibly using voice camouflage. Once the person is at the address, this man will tell you to ring the bell, the door would not open, and he will suggest you to push the door harder, making think the real owner living in the property that there is a thief

SCAM. Called just before midday today (25/03/22). A male, southern English, recorded(?) voice on a line that seemed to be breaking up assured me that I was entitled to a free medical alert pendant. Scam! Have nothing to do with anyone calling from this number!

Indian mobile phone scammer. Pretending to be from Caroline Warehouse, demanding to know which model of phone I own. Told her it was illegal to call this number as registered with telephone preference service and she continued aggressively talking over me demanding to know which phone I owned.

Has rung me around 10 times in the last day, a couple of times I have answered and I the caller has hung up. I thing they are so used to people not answering, they are shocked when someone answers and he just hung up.
