Called from this number at 0630 this morning. the caller claimed to be from nationwide but as I have never had any dealings with nation wide I hung up.
This number called and an automated voice asked me to confirm if my name was Nicolson (it isn t) when I clicked option 2 to speak to someone to update their records I got another repeating automated voice telling me the lines were busy and that they were calling on behalf of a company called Dorkies in Hardengreen. Hardengreen is about 10 miles from me. I did a Google search while listening to this automated message and couldn t find any company with that name or similar and hung up assuming it s a scam.

SPAM received an unsolicited phone call at 8.58 on a Saturday morning, from what sounded like an Indian call centre. The caller claimed she was contacting me on behalf of Legal & General with regards to my washing machine. Couldn't tell me my name, address, or any info to confirm that they were genuine, except for a Sky account number which was wrong. When I challenged the operator they started off defensive and then became aggressive and abusive.
