Got suspicious when they said they needed me to share my screen with them. When I asked them for a phone number to call them back on to check who they were they hung up. BEWARE.

I have caller ID. The number 00349441210763 was shown which immediately changed to 01213140763, so I suspect the number was spoofed. The first number was probably spoofed also, as I have international calls barred. The caller had a thick foreign accent and I did not understand everything that was said. I'm in West Yorkshire and this is one of the increasing landline robo calls, originating from the south of England, I've been receiving in November 2020. Where it rings, there's no one there if I answer and if it goes to voice message, no message is left. Each time this happens I add the number to my phones blacklist so it's blocked if they try again. BUT this one is unusual because the call came from 01633 856923, but empty message left was from 01003 487792.

Firstly it's a mobile number, according to this site it belongs to Vodafone. Aldo the site address isnt an official o2 address from my research. My relative had gotten this message before and when ignoring nothing happened. Please do not fall for it people.
