They ring at least 3 times a day regarding ppi. Pressing 5 DOES NOT remove you from their list. Nor does pressing 9 and speaking to the knobber who answers because as soon as you try to explain that you don t want them to keep calling they hang up on you. Reporting them now every single time they harrass me.
Called our company asking for the branch manager to carry out a survey on energy contracts & customer satisfaction. Told him it s all decided through head office so our branch manager wouldn t deal with it.
