Automated call saying there is a £79 charge outstanding on my Amazon account push reply to remove this charge & cancel the payment. Obviously I just hung up as it’s a very well known scan & if reply had been selected it would most likely have connected to a high premium number

Called received - automated message claiming to be from Visa regarding large transaction on my card and to press 1 to stop the payment. Didn't sound right. Called it back to get no answer and eventually the default EE voicemail message

This is a scam. Keep messaging me saying they have tried to deliver a package but I was out. IT'S A BIG FAT LIE!!! Also use 07791055213.

Phoned said my name then said its your bank we need to veryfi unusual activity on your bank account, give me your full name, address date of birth. I said NO, he insisted and I said NO, you have phoned me I don't know who you are he then hung up. I contacted my bank immediately and it was not one of their phone numbers.

The manager I spoke to was rude, and as I said I would contact ofcom re the unsolicited call, he said that’s ofgem you F****ng idiot. I am going to contact ofcom and ofgem to see if they can do anything regarding this business as the manager I spoke to called me an idiot as well as F****ng hitler. Indian accented male calling himself "Antony Green" , burst into a speil about protecting my home appliances, saying that he could save me 10 quid "only for this month" to protect my appliances for 2 years. He then wanted my home address details - I told him, he should know all this "I have to check the details are right" Then you tell me what details you have and I will tell you if they are right" He read out an address that is absolutely wrong, and given my dialing code,
