They are energy consultants without qualms and trying to scare end users into agreeing a contract over the phone by saying that they are on extortionate out of contract rates, etc. Best way to deal with these people is to say you have signed a long-term contract and therefore not interested in their services. Phishing organisation. Claims to be from Road Traffic Assistance Management and will suggest you have had a no fault car accident and are entitled to compensation. Only know s first name. Calls started as soon as I put my car up for sale and caller uses Gumtree username as your name.

a man that sounded as if he came from india or pakistan called me Wednesday 24th February 2016 at 5.40pm while I was in my car in traffic with my 2 kids in the back. Wanted to sell me something. I asked repeatedly who he was, where he got my number and where he was calling from. He hanged up. He immediately called me back and all he said very loudly and aggressively YOU F****** B**CH! and hanged up. I was very upset and the kids were distressed. I called the number back and it immediately want dead.

Fake Windows Technical Services call, as usual wanted to show me all the viruses and malware on my computer. "Whenever you browse your Google, it picks up the viruses and malware and we can remove them". Clueless. Refused to follow his instructions, so he threatened to "block my computer". Oh no. How will I ever post this?

Called our company asking for the branch manager to carry out a survey on energy contracts & customer satisfaction. Told him it s all decided through head office so our branch manager wouldn t deal with it. He then asked if he could call back at a more convenient time, (obviously didn t listen to a word i d just told him!) at which point i told him no he couldn t call back at a more convenient time, no thank you & hung up on him. Logged him on our nuisance call list to be blocked by our telecoms company

These people will call on a daily basis around the same time, you pick up the phone someone is there on other end and then puts phone down on you, when you try and call back you get number not recognised, tried blocking number doesn t seem to work
