Found this on my missed calls list today, when I attempted to ring it a "This number is not recognised" message was given. Very strange.

They said they were calling from HMRC, however HMRC never calls mobile numbers. Telemarketing- seemed to know all my details (address and full name). I expressed i could not take the phone call as i was working but they pushed me to take the call. Received a call from this number. The man said he was calling from Sky regarding an unpaid bill. The thing was, said bill had been paid over a week ago, which I told him. He then apologized and ended the call. So I guess it s a legitimate. He didn t ask for any personal information and asked for me by name.

Opus staff continue to harass me for a balance allegedly owed to NPower. (NPower wrote to me, confirming that their bills using estimated meter readings were inaccurate, & that I owed NOTHING> However, Opus continue to phone me & did so again today. I intend to take legal action against Opus & NPower for the distress that their continued harassment has caused me for more than a year.
