Claim to be BT for an upgrade the English person on the phone made me think its legit but it is 100 a scam I phoned BT back on the number on my bill and they said its a scam they had my contract end date wrong also they ask for a 4 digit pin they text to your phone BT NEVER ASK FOR A SECURITY CODE THAT HAS BEEN TEXTED TO YOUR PHONE THIS SCAM NEARLY GOT ME NOT BT

I was once a victim of crypto investment scam, I lost practically all my BTC. I was almost giving up but the amount of crypto I lost was too much. Scam artists who'll lie that they're your energy provider, they're not just trying to move you onto their services anyway possible. This has been happening for years to me different number everytime and they'll agree with anything I say. Lately they've tried to be National Grid, they're desperate for my meter readings. I have checked it is not my supplier. They're a very coniving and devious organisation - whoever they may be.

Well spoken female called back after getting cut off. Said they checked my fuse box ten years ago and wanted to do another free check. Asked me to go to the fuse box. I said it was difficult to reach and it was a consumer unit with circuit breakers. She said in that case no need for a check. Obviously if they'd checked ten years ago they would know what equipment I had. Why I continued to engage with her was we had circuit breakers changed by the makers of the consumer unit as they had found quality issues.
