Robin called. Sounded foreign. Said he was calling from the call blocking and scam department. When I asked what company he was calling from he said "the national call blocking company limited" i said there was no such thing. Curious how this was 24 hours after "microsoft" called me and I told them I didn't believe them..... Told him the only legit call blocking was The Telephone Preference Service, and he hung up.

This number left a message on my answerphone saying that unauthorised payments had been made from an Amazon account and to press 2 to talk to someone. Clearly a scam but would scare some people to do the wrong thing.

Says my credit card has been charged and to press 1 if the charges were NOT mine. Somehow getting a call from Russia to say my UK credit card is compromised is a little bit suspect !

It's a scam number, NOT a genuine Virgin CreditCard services number. SCAM!

Said they were bank security,,visa debit. Telling me two amounts of money were going to be taken. One from Amazon..who I never use and one other. Obvious scam. Same voice as previously but on a different no.

SCAM- Recorded Voice -called saying my amazon prime is due for renewal

SPAM After phoning me several times a day, every single day for a week, I finally picked up. Nobody spoke after I said "Hello" several times. I could hear background noise, and foreign language speakers chatting in the background. Highly likely a scam, just auto dialling a list of numbers in their database.

SPAM NON STOP calls you and hangs up after 2 seconds of ringing, 100% a scam DO NOT ANSWER THIS NUMBER!!! They will call you on whatsapp as whatsapp is known for being annonymous and their profile picture on whatsapp is some random model to make you want to pickup somw type of phone bill scam/fraud/SOME sort of scam 100% definatley DO NOT pickup if you are called by this number

SPAM - Have called repeatedly over the last few days - hanging up when answered.

Fraud Third call today with same recorded message saying he was from Visa fraud. Clearly fraud attempt as Visa do not use mobile numbers.

It is a scam, just called me to request cancellation of international money transaction of £700 and £900 to press 1. I don't have that much amount in my regular card :)

SCAM Another very thick Indian accent person who when challenged on the call hangs up.

Caller claimed to be from BT technical services. She told me that there were a number of people using my internet connection and there numerous errors. I asked her for the error numbers and how did they know and my husband was to blame for using naughty sites - she rang off, saying that I could chose to believe or not.

SCAM - initial recording warned my electric was going to be shut off in a few minutes. When I transferred to a "representative" it was what sounded like an Indian man. He asked my name and verified my address. Funny thing is, my electric bill is in a family members name. He told me the "balance" and the amount was incorrect because I have my bill in front of me and an a real call wouldn't give me info since the account isn't in my name without other info. I recieved a phone call from this number (08448 003813) and did not answer it but still recieved a bill from 02 for it.

This is a recorded message saying that 2 transactions have been made on my account withdrawing around £1500. It's was obviously a scam so I just put the phone down. I often wonder what their mums think!

SCAM Purported to be from my bank concerning fraudulant activity on my account. Tried to get me to go to branch: rang off when I refused.

i had a text message from this number which takes you to what looks like a fake royalmail website. None of the embedded links work on the website. The message at the top of the page seems to suggest these is an unpaid fee on a parcel. - SCAM
