Nuisance calls from this number always says its from Microsoft. Thinks its a scam when you ask a question they hang up. Annoying tell them to get a job if they can't live off the benefits and have to resort to this.

But where my FB was this number was there .and I have put soft ware in . I received a letter purporting to come from Lloyds Bank referring to a conversation that had not taken place and asking me to complete and sign a form giving details of my back account, sort code and memorable wo. The letter looks genuine, uses a genuine Lloyds address and gives this number to call with questions.
