Got a call on 26 May at 12:03, no one on the other side, just hung up. Got a phone call from another unknown number same day from same area (01743562667). Again no one on the other side. Very annoying! I suspect it might be someone trying to scam vulnerable people during coronavirus.

Pre-recorded message re banking PPI, dial 5 to contact, 9 to avoid more calls from this number, but the 9 does not work as received more calls two and three days later. Absolute pain. Registered with TPS already so how do they obtain my details?

Hi anyone who reads this regarding this nuisance number. I have just reported them to the ico (information commissioners office), google them, give them a call and report this number, when they get enough complaints they can take the company to court and fine them A LOT OF MONEY. Justice. They just need people to report them enough as evidence, they cannot work on individual cases.

They hung up without speaking a few seconds after I answered. I suspect an insurance scam after reading comments on here coupled with an attempted fraud on my insurance a few years ago. They are based in Manchester where my broker is and I live in the south. Draw your own conclusions.

Aggressive Indian call centre. Have called every day for a week so far. I ve given up asking to be removed from their caller list. Now hang up as soon as they identify themselves. Our elec contract expires in 6 months, so I m expecting about another 100 calls. Can t block as landline and we are TPS registered :(

They called up asking if I had recently been involved in a car crash. It sounded similar to that scam that makes you say yes and then uses your recording to claim that you agreed to some contract or scam your credit card or something. They said the name very quickly at the beginning of the call. They quickly said that they will take my number off of their database and then they hung up. Called from Talk Talk Tech department to say to say a there is problem with our router. He required access to our PC. We are not talk talk customers and these calls are now coming in at a rate of 4 or 5 per day
