Phoned for my wife concerning a motoring incident 2.5 years ago. My wife said she had no such accident and asked what the call was about. "Josh" then hung up leaving us wondering what that was about. I called back on this number and got a recorded message saying "This is a marketing call, there is no representative to take your call ..... ". I hung up!

The first call was something about winning £1000. Since yesterday I have had three calls from 0843 numbers which when I google them are for the same thing making it difficult to block them. I am wondering who passed my number on to them as I only give my number to companies who I am involved with and always refuse my details to be passed on to other parties.

When I first answered it they said it was from my bank, they got the correct bank but Iwas ssuspicious as they asked for mothers maiden name which usually isnt asked. I then had the phone put down on me!!!! The last but one call fom the same no said they were from Royal sun Alliance, Whats going on? This is a worry and a nuisance.
