Alpine Services called me saying I had been involved in a motor accident, which of course I had not. Phishing. They are NOT CONNECTED in any way to Alpine Insurance Services Ltd of Hadleigh Essex, who have traded reputable for over 30 years and never made these type of nuisance calls.

Seemed like a frightening "ransom" scam. Saying your being investigated for "Tax Fraud" and your going to be arrested if you don't hit "1" to reply back. I expect any reply incurs a massive phone fee charged to your bill connected to a premium number. No official entity would call you on an automated message in such a cold manner disregarding your mental and physical health conditions. Such as being suicidal or having a hart condition.

Impressive customer service I had problems with a meter that was not working which meant I had no electricity for workmen who were meant to be working on the site. Pete, the manager, worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He called me when he said he would on more than one occasion and went way beyond the call of duty. I only answered because they have called me repeatedly for over a month. A man first asked for Lucy then when I said hello again he asked for Paul. I called the number from my land line & its possibly a company called something like Turn Signal. When I asked him to repeat the name he asked for my name so I hung up.
This number called and just hung up. Blocked.
