I have managed to confirm that calls from this number are from a company debt management company called Stephenson Drake (www.stevensondrake.com. They operate by automated cold calling your number. You will either hear silence or a message asking if you are having problems with debt. If you press 5 to speak to someone then you are cut off BUT your number is stored and you will receive a follow up call from them. They left a voicemail which was an automated message saying press 5 to speak to an agent or 9 to opt out. Pressed 9 but the voice says you cannot sent a text to this number !!! Hung up and blocked!!

I don t know these people are, but they telephone every day. Quite often the number is slightly different which makes it difficult to block.
