Called pretending to be from BT broadband about an awful virus on my computer about to bring the whole BT network to a grinding halt. Wanted me to give him remote access to computer and hub. BT don t want to know, only thing to do really is to block the number to save any kids or elderly relatives being duped.

He said I d joined thier service in August 2015...I hadn t joined anything like that, so i knew it was a scam. He said in November (I think he said the 8th) my 2nd year with them will start.
