Blocked!! when will these people give us all peace? totally fed up with them all, true caller told me it was bank refunds so I didn t even need to answer just blocked them

DWP Work programme company, head office number calling to arrange initial appointment with a local office.

Just the usual beep beep hang up when I answered. I presume its the usual sales call.

Caller claimed I had a problem with malware on my PC and he would guide me through the repair of it. He asked me to turn on my computer and when I told him no, he got aggressive, told me my PC would screw up and then hung up.

Apparently a call from Microsoft about my computer. I didn t let him go any further, as it is a scam. Avoid.

Supposedly a company called Direct Legal, claimed to want to talk to me about compensation for an accident. A quick google search reveals they are a debt collection agency based in Buckley, even though the phone number has a Glasgow area code.

Fraudulent - same pattern as other posts - asks for quote. Went into branch and paid a cheque in for much more than the order value then requested reimbursement of difference. We did not fall for it because we smelt a rat. Total scammers DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE
