Poor line quality, strong foreign accent. Claimed to be from SKY and had detected "slow internet" on my connection which they could fix at no cost. When I replied that I didn't have any problems, immediately hung up.

Had 3 calls over the last few days from various numbers all starting with the same dalling code, 01926. As this is the code where we live, answered the first call - no immediate response but after a few seconds, over a very crackly line, what sounded like a well spoken middle aged white lady, said something along the lines of 'suspicious transactions on my account, one for £300 odd & the other for £1,400 odd & I must do certain things at which point I hung up. Call center Was a very persistent man who spoke so quickly I couldn't understan who he said he worked for (even after I asked him to repeat himself more slowly ) saying he could save me money on my phone mobile phone and constantly asked how much I was paying. Told him I wasn't interested and he continued to ask the same thing. Not told him if I wanted to do something about my phone and bills I would so so myself and he still continued. I eventually hung up on him when he was still asking for how much.

SCAMScam. 'Christopher' from an 'accident claims line' regarding an accident on (correct date) that was 'not your fault'. This is around the 10th call in a month using same script from different numbers (all now blocked). Other numbers had reports describing similar calls, supposedly to settle claim for percentage of settlement. No mention of my insurance carrier. Presumably date of accident & my mob number were disclosed by someone with access to insurance carrier's online form for reporting accide
Call claiming to be Bank Security. Called yesterday using a different number. Both sounded like scams.
Appears to be a phishing call. I answered and an automated voice just said "goodbye" and the call ended. This typically is an attempt to have you call the number back for any number of reasons, typically non of which are good.
