Got a quote online following an advert on Facebook. Due to price decided not to take the offer & thought that’d be the end of it. BIG MISTAKE....4 calls within 5hrs & a total of 11 calls in 5 days. I was a little bored so gave them a fictitious name, a real address, loads of BS about Credit Cards I got; even telling him I d had refunds and my 8% interest too, but he insisted I was still entitled to more. Told me it was no win, no fee but if they did get anything then they got 30% plus VAT; that s 1/3 of the claim.
