Lady knew my last name and claimed to be from a reputable building society - Nationwide. However, she persisted in asking my first name so after she kept pushing, I told her Mrs . She read it out loud but then realised it wasn t what she wanted and so pushed further n asked my full name. I told her just my first - no middle names, then she said Thank you Mam and hung up!

I saw this company?s ?Assisted Bathroom? ad on the tv, went online and requested a brochure. Since then they have called my house phone (which I did not give them!) several times a day, every day. I answered one call today and didn?t give the lady a chance, I told her that I had requested a brochure and not a telephone call and to not bother with the brochure. I told her that I didn t give them my house telephone number and to not ring me again. I am on the Telephone Preference Service and I will report the

I called back the number after abvout the 10th missed call. They are a company called MJE who want me to make a claim for missold PPI due to a loan or credit card. I didn t take PPI so told them they were wrong. Asked how they got my number, they get their phone list from a company called DLG Marketing. Told them to take me off the list, we ll see if I get anymore calls.

Frightened me to death ringing at 2.19 in the morning. Nothing said but this needs to be stopped.

3 calls yesterday and 2 so far today. Asian men, today he said he was phoning me from Future Trends and would only ask me 2 questions. asked if I was Mr ----- I said yes then asked me if the address he gave was mine, I said yes and he went on to ask me further questions. I told him he had already had his 2 questions and was not amused. I had told them yesterday to remove my number but clearly they have not. I am with TPS but this does no good. Who can we complain to? My phone provider will not block single

I do not know how they have got my mobile number. Pressed 2 to stop any more calls. If I do get more calls will report them to Ofcom.
