Called both my mobile and my landline - both numbers have voicemail facility, but no message left on either! If it s important enough to call, they should leave a message. Just hanging up suggests it s some sort of telesales which, as I m registered with TPS, should not be happening. Am vey annoyed!!

My Dad phones my mobile from France using Skype and it comes through as various numbers including this one.
Came up as a local number (01947) but it was from a call centre. All numbers round here start with a 6 or an 8. and there are no call centres in this rural area.

He asked me lots of questions about who ive had loans from and who ive had credit cards with. I said im sorry this doesn t sound right to me...he got very irritated and told me to check the number it is a recognized BT number at a registered address. I established that the caller was a fraud and called them out at which point they stopped being polite and friendly and began to taunt and be abusive.
