Called claiming to be from Visa and with 2 transactions on my account. "Press 1 to connect to our agent". Logged in to my account on a PC and no such transactions. Probably a scam

SCAM Asian sounding guy called "Charles Williams" (yeah right!) claiming to be from Virgin Media calling about downloaded malware slowing down my internet, he wanted to show me how to fix it ,told him where to go.
This number when called back tells you that you have dialled an incorrect number. My opinion is by experience that it’s a spam number. Usually trying to sell something or get details from you for insurance or PPI claims. I have blocked now.

SCAM A slow talking woman told me that I have a Bitcoin wallet and she is calling from Blockchain. She directly asked “how did you get your wallet?” Very strange call and question. Apparently I don’t own any Bitcoin Wallet. (I live in Sweden and I have a Swedish number)

SCAM Eastern European Accent - Matthew Rogers from the International Fob Watch. Asked how I was, I said fine. I said what's this about, sounds interesting. The caller went silent, i could hear them and then they hung up. Suspect this is possibly an investment scam...at a guess. Certainly getting the block treatment.

Not sure what is going on here, but I got a new sim card today and it was not activated. After installing it into my phone I received an email at 15.46 this afternoon telling me my sim was activated. When I logged into my account online after activation, it showed on my account that I had sent a SMS to this number 07537 452525 at 14.57 today. This was impossible as the sim was not even activated at 14.57 and I definitely did not send any SMS to anyone. I called my Mobile Provider and they are investigating.

Not sure what this was about. I answered and it went silent then someone said hello, knew my email address. Something about a transfer payment being stuck and verifying my data in regards to ID fraud. I had an echo on the line, couldn't hear properly. Caller had strong accent, possibly French. Broad Indian accent, difficult to understand but the general gist I got was he wanted my details so he can save me 30-40% off my bill. Had to press for details on what bill he was saving me money on, he stammered and, almost like he was guessing, said my O2 mobile phone bill. Nobody in this house has any O2 devices so be safe - don't give these scumbags any details. Block the number, maybe work out some of your anger by screaming abuse at them as I did.
