Said was from TPS. Sounded like calling from India but said he was in Maidenhead (couldn t pronounce it...). Sounded dodgy, asking me if I was "still receiving nuisance calls and that he could block them" - and he eventually gave up the call.

I've worked in customer service multiple times, one thing I've been told which is common sense is not to spam our customers with calls, maximum I'd call is 2 times for a single customer then stop. Whoever's number this is has been calling everyday for the past few weeks which is 100% a scam. They claim to be e-on which is fake because their number isn't on e-ons website + they wouldn't be calling everyday. Answered phone but didn t speak as I didn t recognise the number - nothing happened for approx 20 seconds and then it started ringing as if I had called them so hung up. Guessing this is a nuisance call/company as no one actually talks!

I cancelled an account with them three years ago because there were hidden card charges. They are still calling despite being told I will never have an account with them again.
