Fraud. Claiming to be from Virgin Media regarding fault on my Router. Ended the call to do a phone number check to verify the caller. Checked with Virgin Media and the phone number, and details of the call, were not known to them. They have said it is a fraudulent call and to ignore it.

Spam call suspected. Quick search with Google showed them to deal in gas contracts - we're on CTPS - regardless was a silent call that hung up after about 5 seconds
Has tried to call several times for the past 3 weeks, but does not leave a voice message. The only time I answer hangs up. I do not live in the UK, that is why it is easy to pick that this is not someone I know.
Calls every day, sometimes several times a day and usually in the afternoons about a ficticious accident a family member was supposed to have had in 2013.

Called saying they were following up on a previous call about an energy use and insulation survey. Claimed it was our number that had taken part, gave date. Definitely not in on that date so something s wrong.
They threatened prosecution if number wasn't pressed.Told them *#*# and put phone down.

Call Centre (company ECC?) asking if I had claimed ppi and bank charges and when I said yes she asked if I had made any claims in the last 3 months as banks and financial institutes had been fined for not paying back everything they should. She claimed to be calling me back and I said I had never heard of her company so she couldn't be calling me back. She then appeared to be reading text from a screen and I just left her to it while I carried on about my business and then she hung up.
