Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. SCAM / SPAM Called me today claiming to be from HMRC. A recorded message telling me to press 1. An obvious scam so beware. Also had a call earlier from 02038489022. Call got disconnected but I suspect it’s the same shameful individuals!!!!!
Scam. A woman that could barely speak english. They are trying to get your name, date of birth, bank details and address. Do NOT give them out. DANGEROUS.

they call me everyday, really annoying
Answered the phone and got a recorded message (male, English voice) "our records indicate that you were injured in an accident within the last three years, press 5 to speak to an operator". I pressed 5 and initially heard an office environment then was cut off. On ringing back, I heard the ringing tone but it almost instantly changed to an engaged tone. Don t know who this company is, but they need stopping.
