I had a missed call from this number and called back to get an automated voice messaging system that said to press 1 to speak to an agent or 9 to add my number to Do Not Dial list. I pressed 9 and the call was terminated.
The usual Indian accent claiming to be from BT Openreach.

SCAM Said they were O2. Very convincing. Sent an OTP, like a fool, I gave it to them. By the time their call ended, and I got through to O2 (max 10 minutes), they’d already changed my email and postal addresses. O2 tell me the only time they will ask for the OTP is when a customer calls them. Looks like I stopped them in time, all details now changed, and security info changed, but be careful people. Woman called us (despite being registered with TPS, for what it's worth). She did not identify herself or their company clearly, and fired a barrage of questions at us, despite our refusal to interact with her. She said she could not remove our number from their database as "she hadn't completed her interaction with us, so we'd just receive further calls!". Her tone was extremely aggressive.
