A very strong Caribbean accented gentleman calling on what appeared to be a poor quality Internet phone line. I could not understand where he said he was calling from or on behalf of what organisation. Absolutely disgusting. I have been harassed by this number ever since I had an accident that has now in fact been settled. I have received verbal abuse from a vile man who claims to work for stratton legal. I will be reporting this number to the police.
