They phoned several times. I said my name was Arnold Schwarzenegger. The man called me Mr Schwarzenegger from that moment on. I said I ll be back and left the phone on the side of the table. When I returned he had hung up. Brilliant result - they ve not called me back since!!

Had been so called valued customer over.15years and deal they offered was a digrace i even had 25% loyalty discount but was told sorry carnt use that against new handsets! Got a miss call. I called back and it was an old lady on the other end. I clearly stated that I got a miss call and was wondering who it was. The old lady very confusingly said "I havent called anyone" And I was like "okay, sorry, I just got a call, hence why but thats okay" She proceeded to say "go away" and cut the call
