Been receiving many unrecognisable calls recently although I have opted out of cold calls Who is calling ?

This is from Lloyd s Fraud line first time they rung i didn t believe it was them as they had given me a 3 numbered code and told me to phone another number. Later that night they phoned back again and this time asked for my date of birth and then listed off the details of my last spending habits for me to say if it was actually me.

I have not answered to these people. Not once. Yet, they call at least weekly. I ve got a years line rental with BT paid for up-front, which allows me to block 99% of unwanted calls (with a BT blocker phone purchased separately, in case anyone was wondering). This caller would likely be asking to speak with Mr Strevitt or Mr Gwendoline. As has been the nature of the calls for the past 3 years. I always tell them that I never give personal information to strangers over the phone. If that doesn't make them hang up, then I do.
