Funny, this morning it was for a purchase of an iPhone. Yeah right. Shall I just put my card, sort and security code on here instead? ????????
Trying to send information about funeral plans, this happens a day after my Dad passed away. That call I feel was inappropriate, I know it is something that is going to happen to us all at some point but to cold call is wrong. Thank goodness I answered the call and not my Mum!

Told me I ve had an accident recently, not fooled by these scammers, don t give them the time.
I just bought a washing machine from boots online and in less than an hour got a call on both my landline and mobile. I was having my hair cut at the time of the calls so I did not answer. After reading the above comments if they call me back they better take some insurance out for themselves . I think it is disgusting that a company like Boots are so quick to sell on my number

They already has a complaint upheld by the ASA against them (Google Vintels and ASA) for sending out SMSs saying "Free Msg: Our records indicate you may be entitled to ?3750 for the accident you had. To apply free reply CLAIM to this message. To opt out text STOP". Vintels however keep changing the wording slightly to get round this.

Called our TPS registered line. Asked to speak to "The owner of the business" and when challenged identified himself as being from "The financial division" Feels strongly like a variant of the "Windows Technical Department" scammers.
