Well they got cut off - put my phone on "do not disturb" 24/7 and "allow calls from contacts" However if you do speak to them and if they ask about an accident best thing is to say "which car?" It gets them every time!
FRAUD SCAM Recorded message claiming that my internet service would be disconnected due to my (unnamed) ISP detecting 'illegal' activity from my connection and inviting me to press 1 to connect to an 'executive'.
SCAM Apparently my National Insurance Number has been used for illegal activity, and is being suspended. Press 1 to speak to an 'operator'. This scam has been round for quite a while, but could really frighten some people who don't know how government departments work.

No idea why they called me. I wouldn t offer my details to a random caller asking for them so they wouldn t say why they are calling. My advice is to challenge their claim who they are. Websites, letters and phone calls prove nothing. They ll soon go away if they re not getting anywhere.
