Caller gave her name as ‘Jennie’ had an Asian accent which I found difficult to understand. From what I could gather ‘Jennie’ was ‘selling’ Sky reduced insurance to cover my Digi box for the next 12 months. She asked me to confirm the first 4 numbers of the bank card which covers my Sky payments.
