This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8435677xxx range... People did someone answer this number?

They will be rude and aggressive as they are trained to. Theres a process tbey are forced to oblige too that can sometimes lead to the debt being shut down. Politely ask for a copy of the original debt, an upto date full statement proving all interest within the default dates and in comparison to the original debt and full details
